“I am taking part in this years VHI Women’s Mini Marathon 2018 to raise funds for the Neonatal unit of the Rotunda Hospital.
My sister Lesley-Anne had her twin boys 13 weeks early in 2017. Eli and Ezra spent the first 9/10 weeks of their little lives in this unit.
The nurses and doctors were an invaluable help to Les and Michael for those first few weeks. This unit really does save lives and helps parents at a time when they need it most.
Eli and Ezra are two little fighters who are thriving now. The profile image shows the boys with their little octopus they were given in NICU when they were born and them with them now. You can see the size difference!
